Packages

Personal training is available on Long Island in a variety of packages. There are single session packages and monthly packages. Depending upon the package, you have the option of having a personal or group trainer visit you at your home. In either case, the sessions are 60 minutes long and you can use them in person at the Wellness & Recreation center. A comprehensive fitness consultation is included with your first session.
